Patient Consultation & Assessment – Taking medical histories, performing physical exams, ordering basic lab/imaging tests, and diagnosing common illnesses

Counseling Support – Supporting patients with chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension in managing their care plans

Basic Diagnostics – Collecting specimens (e.g., blood, sputum) and performing HIV/TB screening and other bedside diagnostics

Ordering & Outcomes Interpretation – Requesting advanced labs or imaging and assisting in interpreting results

Community & Outreach Initiatives – Participating in field health activities and public health campaigns

Supervision & Mentoring – Guiding junior clinical officers and interns in OPD and outreach efforts

Initial Triage & Emergency Stabilization – Recognizing emergencies, providing life-saving interventions, and coordinating further management or referrals
