As a Level 5 facility, the hospital offers a wide range of outpatient services and operates 24/7 to ensure continuous access to care. Clinical officers are often the first point of contact for patients and collaborate with other departments to provide holistic and timely treatment.

  • Patient Consultation & Assessment – Taking medical histories, performing physical exams, ordering basic lab/imaging tests, and diagnosing common illnesses

  • Treatment & Prescription – Providing pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment plans based on clinical guidelines

  • Basic Diagnostics – Collecting specimens (e.g., blood, sputum) and performing HIV/TB screening and other bedside diagnostics

Support & Outreach Services

  • Community & Outreach Initiatives – Participating in field health activities and public health campaigns
